2012 Tioga Ranger 31N comes with two slide outs. One has a bunk bed/dinette combo and bedroom wardrobe in it and the other is the living room/ kitchen slide out. Both slide outs are large and give the motor home plenty of room to accommodate 10 people.
It has an Onan 4000 Watt Generator with 142 hours on it. This is a great coach. It has the dinette which converts into 2 single bunks. Above the cab is a big bed. The couch pulls out to a bed. The table converts into a double bed. There is a queen bed in the master. The pull-out couch can only sleep one adult comfortably but it can sleep two kids easy. Can easily sleep 8 adults or 10 with children. This coach has 11 seat belts.
It has 2 slides providing a lot of space when parked. Full body exterior paint is in good condition. It has a rear tow hitch. The electric awning is in good condition. Exterior shower and sound system. There is a surround sound system inside. Rear and side cameras. It has an upgraded inverter and solar battery charger. It also is upgraded with a steering stabilization package which makes driving a dream. The full-body upgraded paint is in excellent condition.
